Séance yoga GUC/CPAE vendredi 27 avril 2012

4ème séance yoga avec Christiane, ouvert au GUC et au CPAE vendredi 27 de 19h à 20h30.
Salle de réunion de la maison du GUC (bâtiment à 200m de la piscine, là où on fait les remises de prix du trophée Apnéalp et les AG)
Postures faciles, pranayama la 2ème moitié de la séance (exercices basés sur la respiration).
On terminera par un petit statique comme d'habitude. Durée totale : environ 1h30.
On limite à 14 personnes. PAF 3€ demandé par Christiane. Et on garde la formule brunch à la fin, chacun emmène 1 truc à manger et/ou à boire et on met tout en commun à la fin.
Matos obligatoire : tapis + coussin, éventuellement 1 couverture.
